Cosmion is a six-acre community clubhouse in Yelahanka, North Bangalore — twenty minutes from Kempegowda International Airport. The property blends sport, stay, dining, and celebration under one master brand: a fine-dine restaurant (Nakshatra), an all-day café (Nézó), a wedding and banquet venue (Harithachala Celebrations), an outdoor bar, sports courts and academies, resort rooms, and event spaces. It's a place built for play, gathering, and belonging — and we're now building the team to take it to market.

The Role
We're hiring our first Sales Manager — the commercial lead who will own direct revenue from corporate clients, members, and event hosts. You'll build the sales playbook from scratch, hit the field yourself in the early months, and grow into a team leader as the property scales. This is a player-coach role: you sell, you systemise, and eventually you hire.
Cosmion's airport adjacency is a real strategic asset. The next twelve months are about converting that geography — and the property's multi-venue scope — into recurring corporate and membership revenue.
What you'll own
Corporate sales: offsites, conferences, town halls, leadership retreats, team celebrations across Nakshatra, Harithachala, and the lawn/bar spaces.
Memberships: sport and lifestyle memberships, individual and family.
Rooms & stays: corporate stay contracts, airline crew and aviation tie-ups, MICE bookings, leisure groups.
Weddings & celebrations: lead intake, site visits, conversion at Harithachala.
Airport-adjacency playbook: partnerships with airlines, ground handlers, nearby airport hotels (for overflow), travel desks, and lounges — turning Cosmion into the natural choice for layover stays, pre-departure events, and crew accommodation.
Pipeline & playbook: build the CRM, define the sales process, codify what works.
Lead conversion partnership with the Digital Marketing Manager — own conversion of leads from Instagram, WhatsApp, Google, and walk-ins.
Team building: as revenue ramps, hire and manage Business Development Executives.
What we're looking for
3–5 years in sales — premium hospitality, banquet halls, boutique hotels, premium fitness/wellness clubs, event venues, or premium real estate.
An existing corporate hospitality experience in Bengaluru. This is non-negotiable.
Field-comfortable. You'll do airport runs, walk into corporate parks, and pitch in person — not just from a desk.
Builder mindset. You'll thrive in early-stage chaos and be allergic to "this isn't set up yet" as an excuse.
Strong written and verbal communication in English. Kannada and/or Hindi a significant plus.
CRM and pipeline discipline. You don't need to have used one specific tool — but you should believe in process.
Comfort with quota-carrying and variable compensation.
Bonus points
Tier-1 hotel corporate sales experience (Marriott, Taj, ITC, Hyatt, etc.).
Existing relationships with corporate HR, admin, or events teams in North Bangalore tech corridors.
Experience selling multi-product offerings (rooms + F&B + events).
Aviation or airport-ecosystem network.
Compensation
Fixed salary commensurate with experience, plus a meaningful variable component tied to quota achievement. We are building the comp model to reward the people who hit numbers — not to cap upside. Specifics will be discussed at offer stage.
