Head of Partnerships & Revenue Growth
DCUBE is now Cosmion.
About Cosmion Community Clubhouse
Cosmion is a six-acre community clubhouse in Yelahanka, North Bangalore — twenty minutes from Kempegowda International Airport. The property blends sport, stay, dining, and celebration under one master brand: a fine-dine restaurant (Nakshatra), an all-day café (Nézó), a wedding and banquet venue (Harithachala Celebrations), an outdoor bar, sports courts and academies, resort rooms, and event spaces. It's a place built for play, gathering, and belonging — and we're now building the team to take it to market.
Welcome to Cosmion.

Develop financial models to compare partnership options (profitability, payback period, ROI).
Own end-to-end relationship management with partners: onboarding, performance monitoring, renewals.
Collaborate with Marketing to co-create campaigns with partners and track outcomes.

Hire & Manage Team for sales & client servicing
What We’re Looking For
5–7 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or corporate sales (hospitality, sports, real estate, or wellness background a plus).
Strong negotiation and deal-making skills.
Commercial/financial acumen to evaluate profitability and structure win–win contracts.
Network and ability to connect with corporates, schools, academies, and vendors.
Self-starter mindset — comfortable working in a startup environment where you build things from scratch.
Excellent communication (English; Kannada/Hindi a plus).
Why join us
You'll be the first commercial hire at a property with an unusually distinctive thesis: a community clubhouse, not a hotel; a multi-venue ecosystem, not a single concept; and a brand built for emotional resonance, not hard selling. You'll have direct access to the founder, real ownership over how revenue is built, and a clear path to Director of Sales as Cosmion scales across its venues.
Send your CV and a short note on what you'd sell first to jobs@cosmion.in.
